‘मुझे क्या पता, कहां से आए तकिया-कंबल’

गाजियाबाद। आरुषि-हेमराज मर्डर केस में सोमवार को डिफेंस की जिरह सीनियर साइंटिस्ट डा. बीके महापात्रा से जारी रही, जो मंगलवार को भी चलेगी। करीब ढाई घंटे चली जिरह में डिफेंस ने डा. महापात्रा को कई बार घेरने का प्रयास किया। डिफेंस के सवालों का साइंटिस्ट ने जवाब दिया। अनावश्यक सवाल पूछने पर कोर्ट ने डिफेंस को टोका भी। सीबीआई के सीनियर पीपी आरके सैनी और बीके सिंह कोर्ट में उपस्थित रहे। इससे पूर्व नूपुर और राजेश सीबीआई विशेष न्यायाधीश एस. लाल की कोर्ट में पेश हुए।
डिफेंस के सवाल के जवाब में सीनियर साइंटिस्ट डा. महापात्रा बताया कि आरुषि-हेमराज मर्डर केस के लिए नमूने एकत्र करने वह 13 सदस्यीय टीम के साथ 1 जून 2008 को नोएडा के जलवायु विहार स्थित तलवार दंपति के घर पहुंचे थे।
डिफेंस के एडवोकेट जीपी थरेजा और मनोज शिशौदिया ने डा. महापात्रा से पूछा कि जिस तकिए की उन्होंने जांच की थी, वह कहां से रिकवर हुआ था। इस पर डा. महापात्रा का कहना था कि वह सिर्फ नमूने एकत्र करने गए थे। तकिया और कंबल कहां से रिकवर हुए थे। इसकी जानकारी तो इन्वेस्टीगेशन अफसर को होनी चाहिए।
